- WAM Development Group bought the two-building, 168,072-square-foot campus on 11.82 acres at 16710 and 16750 Via del Campo Court in Rancho Bernardo for $36 million from Arden Realty.

- The Muller Co. bought the 52,875-square-foot BeachWalk Shopping Center at 437 S. Coast Highway in Solana Beach for $28.05 million from Generation Venture Fund IV LLC.

- Mitchell 1211 LLC bought a 14-unit, two-building apartment community at 1211 Mitchell St. in Oceanside for $1.6 million from 204 East Second LLC.

- Dr. Michael Cabello and Dr. Paul Paez bought a 1,662-square-foot office condominium in the North Coast Business Park at 535 Encinitas Blvd., Suite A-2, in Encinitas for $830,627 from NCBP Development Inc. Burnham Real Estate says that the condo will be used for a chiropractor’s office.

- Pacific Coastal Works LLC bought a 2,950-square-foot building at 250 S. Pacific St., Suite 107, in San Marcos for $625,000 from Morally Investment & Consulting and Charles Buckley. The building will be occupied by Garage Tek, according to Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate.

Leases

- Jet Head Development Inc., which specializes in software development, signed a five-year lease for $1.47 million for 17,776 square feet of space at 1815 Aston Ave., Suites 101-103, in Carlsbad.

- Kimjera and Brent Whittington, dba Juice It Up, signed a 10-year lease for $568,219 for 1,200 square feet of space in the Rancho Temecula Town Center, on the northeast corner of Winchester and Nicholas roads, Suites 107-193, in Murrieta.

- Chicago Title Co. signed a five-year lease for $485,844 for 2,988 square feet of space at the Carlsbad Corporate Center, 6183 Paseo del Norte, Suite 110, in Carlsbad.

- Verizon Wireless LLC signed a five-year lease for $471,322 for 2,806 square feet of space at 3760 Mission Ave. in Oceanside.

- Chumby Industries Inc. signed a two-year lease for $463,932 for 5,880 square feet of space in the Champions of the West Tower at 12264 El Camino Real, Suite 203, in Rancho Penasquitos.

- Blend, a smoothie, panini, soup and salad shop, signed a five-year lease for $216,010 for 1,130 square feet of space in the San Elijo Hills Town Center at San Elijo and Elfin Forest roads in San Marcos.
