SAN DIEGO — A local senior celebrated a milestone on Thursday.
Paul Brisner lives in a retirement community in Encinitas. He celebrated his 105th with family and friends during the afternoon.
Brisner has lived through the Great Depression, two world wars and witnessed the birth of electricity. He was born in Pennsylvania in 1902.
The Encinitas man was married for 24 years. His wife died in 1955. The couple had two sons together, both of whom live in Southern California.
