SAN DIEGO — A driver hit a pedestrian, circled the scene, then continued driving on Pacific Highway 101 at La Costa Avenue in Leucadia on Tuesday evening, according to police.Authorities said the pedestrian was walking in the bike lane when he was hit and killed.A witness who followed the suspect provided police with a vehicle description and a license plate number. Police arrested the suspect, Anthony Bruce, 40, about 3 1/2 hours later.Charged with felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter, Bruce is being held at the Vista Detention Facility.Police have yet to release the victim’s name.
