ENCINITAS — Amateur boxers from ages 12 to 25 will demonstrate their skills in Encinitas Boxing’s Spring 2007 Competition today at Encinitas Boxing & Fitness, 613 Westlake St. All participants are U.S. Amateur Boxing certified and will be coming from Los Angeles, San Diego, Vista, Oceanside, Escondido, Indio, Riverside and other areas. Bouts will begin promptly at 6 p.m. Food and beverages will be available. Admission is $15 adults; $5 for children age 6 to 12; children under 6, free. Call (760) 436-8682.
