Encinitas, CA – Nixon, the premium accessories company from Southern California, is proud to announce that Danny Davis has been unanimously voted onto the Nixon Team. As the first addition to the snow team in just over two years, Danny D joins an elite crew of riders that include Jeremy Jones, JP Walker, Romain De Marchi, Gigi Ruf, Todd Richards, Dave Downing, Hana Beaman, Erik Leines and JP Solberg.

“Not one person hesitated in saying yes,” said Nixon’s Sports Marketing Manager, Brandon Lillard, in reference to Nixon’s longstanding policy that all new team additions are possible only after a positive team vote. “Danny kills it and his personality and character bring some rawness to the team. With his level of dedication and support during the past year on Nixon’s Top 30 team, it only seemed natural to bring him up onto the pro team in ’07.” Adds close friend and fellow Nixon Team Rider, Romain De Marchi, “I have learned so much from that kid! He puts so much energy into everything he does. Danny is the future of snowboarding and he blows my mind every time I get to ride with him.”

Hailing from Highland, Michigan, Davis has already captured the attention of the snowboarding world. At only 18 years old Davis is just getting started and is a talent to watch for in the years to come.
