Roundabout… Traffic Control or Old Yes Song?
The San Diego Union Tribune reports that, “Take a cue from Leucadia. Leucadia built two or three roundabouts on Leucadia Boulevard between Vulcan Avenue and Interstate 5, and what was once stop-and-go traffic now flows very smoothly except where, for some inexplicable reason, they left a four-way stop sign at one intersection.”
